We collect account registration details, shipping addresses, order data, payment-status data returned from Stripe and PayPal, customer-support messages, and cookie or device data described in the cookie banner.
Blind-box purchase and POP NOW activity may also be stored so the order center can display purchased SKUs, opened styles, and related compliance notices.
We use information to create accounts, process checkout, provide shipping updates, respond to customer-service requests, operate anti-fraud checks, and fulfill legal or tax obligations.
Where required, we also use consent preferences to control marketing messages, analytics tags, and personalization features.
We may share relevant order and payment data with Stripe, PayPal, logistics providers, customer-support tools, and infrastructure vendors that help operate the storefront.
We do not list consumer-facing payment methods other than Stripe and PayPal in this rollout scope.
