Accounts and Store Access

Customers may browse as guests, but account creation may be required for checkout, order tracking, address-book management, and privacy-rights interactions.

Users should provide accurate contact and shipping details and keep account credentials secure.

Blind-Box Purchases and Probability Disclosure

Each blind-box series should display the count and probability of regular and hidden styles before checkout and before any online unbox interaction.

No N-draw guaranteed outcome language should appear in this rollout. Probability updates for campaigns or special events should be traceable in backend audit logs.

Payment Terms

Checkout currently supports Stripe and PayPal only, with card support for Visa, Mastercard, American Express where Stripe is used.

Orders default to USD settlement. Taxes, shipping charges, and refund handling should be shown before order placement.

Shipping and Locker Terms

Shipping coverage is planned for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union.

Free shipping unlocks from a backend-configurable threshold. The current demo threshold is $80.

Locker retention period is configurable in operations settings. Orders kept past the configured window may accrue storage fees before shipment.

Support, Suspension, and Changes

Customer-support contact details should remain visible in the footer, account, refund policy, and contact page.

The store reserves the right to suspend fraudulent or abusive activity and to update site terms, with material changes reflected by an updated policy date.
